Admission Process

Online application form is available on the website for the students to apply for MBBS in Yangzhou University. You are required to fill in the complete and correct details and submit the form. It is suggested not forget to re-check all the details before the form is submitted online.  Form once submitted will be not be available for editing. Incomplete forms will be out rightly rejected.  After the form has been submitted online, the authorized service partner for Yangzhou University will connect with you on the registered phone number or email and will guide for the further admission process. You must keep your documents ready to be submitted online for the admission process. The documents required for MBBS at Yangzhou University admission are:

  1. Coloured scanned copy of 10th Mark sheet
  2. Notarized copy of 12th Mark sheet
  3. Notarized copy of NEET Scorecard
  4. A copy of original passport
  5. Police Clearance Certificate
  6. Record of Physical Medical Check up
  7. Student coloured passport size photograph
  8. Bank statement

The university will verify all the documents received online and will intimate for the tentative interview schedule. This is a video interview and is part of the university selection procedure. The video interview can be given at the authorized university centres in your home country. Offer letter is rolled for all the qualified candidates mentioning the course admitted in, duration and the deadline to pay the university fee. The university makes the arrangement to process the JW202 (Visa Invitation) from the ministry for all the applicants whose fee has been received on time. The payment of fee is the confirmation of seat allotment. However, the university has the sole right to cancel the seat in case the students exceeds any deadlines or do not abide by the rules of the university with prior notification. With this visa invitation, the student can apply for visa at the Embassy of China in home country and fly to the university once the visa is granted. The student must report at the university on or before the date university has mentioned on the admission letter for registration at Yangzhou University as an MBBS student. The student must submit all the original academic records at the University for Successful Student Registration. In case of failure to submit these on the required date, the admission is deemed to be cancelled and the fee may be forfeited
